Lineker says “sign here!”

TV presenter and sports star Gary Lineker has joined the campaign to recruit one million more "lifesavers" in the next year.

The former England football captain has made a personal appeal to people to add their name to the NHS Organ Donor Register showing they are willing to give the "gift of life" to others after their death
